This week’s recipe at Stockpiling Moms is Gluten-Free Rosemary Shortbread. This recipe is an unusual take on shortbread. The fresh rosemary adds a different herbal kick to what is otherwise a cookie. I think if you left out the rosemary, this could also make a graham-cracker type crust that would be gluten-free. I may experiment with that myself soon – stay tuned!
